What Am I Paying For?

Our rates include:

4-6 Wardrobe Boxes for your clothes to use during the move

Does Movers Best have a licence and insurance?

Yes, we are licensed and insured. Movers best and its workers passed the U.S. Department of Transportation, California Public Utilities Commission, and the State of California check. Google and Yelp are the services that we have passed verification with. We guarantee our policy appropriateness regarding the terms of our service.

Is it possible to get a Certificate Of Insurance For My Building?

After scheduling your move, you will be provided with COI for buildings absolutely free, however, 2 business days are needed for us to prepare it. In order to request a COI right now, you can contact our Moving Consultants.

Is packing included in your service?

Yes, the packing services are already included in the rate. We won’t charge you additionally for that or anything packing-related. To get to know about the options, contact our Moving Consultant.

Can I be sure my stuff won't get damaged? What if they do?

Movers Best is a licensed company that provides Free Basic Coverage for all of our customers. The rate is 60 cents per pound. We are also collaborating with 3rd party companies to provide another protection option.

In case of any unpredictable circumstances during the move, we will always take care of everything and ensure our customers’ satisfaction after move completion.

How much time do we need for my move to be accomplished?

That is uneasy to calculate as it depends on many factors such as:

The amount of stuff. The houses and apartments that have similar sizes can have a different number of items that need to be moved.
Distance between the parking space for the truck. Even though our movers are strong, they are unable to get all of your stuff to the truck in one move, so multiple moves are required for that. The time it will take depends on the way they need to make based on how far the truck is parked from your house or apartment complex, if there are any obstacles and stairs on the way, etc.
Bulky items. Our movers are able to carry your safes, couches, fridges, however, a bit more time is required for that to ensure that they won’t be damaged.
